DEBEL was founded in 1974 by Mr. Sauro Maiola who is still the main company owner and CEO. Since the beginning, the goal of the company has been to serve the professional market by offering and reserving to Italian hairdressers exclusive high quality products entirely Made in Italy.

Debel was a leader in using natural ingredients since its very first products.

In the 80s the ARNIBEL lotion containing mountain arnica was a great commercial success all over Italy.

Over the last ten years the company team has progressively grown and the most recent entry is Laura Maiola: the founder's daughter and industrial engineer is now the partner in charge of bringing the business to new heights.

The DEBEL name itself speaks of the company mission. Debel in fact is an acronym of the Italian words "Dea della Bellezza", the Goddess of Beauty. Debel's main goal is hair beauty. The company invests in continuous research and development to obtain the most innovative product formulations to protect hair and scalp while assuring top performance.

The star logo is the "guiding star" representing the will to be a guide and a reference for the clients and commercial partners. Over the past 40 years, Debel has built a strong community, both maintaining many original clients and gradually acquiring new ones. The Debel family is constantly growing.
